Josh Frame

Josh Frame grew up in Wooster, OH and had the unique opportunity to have over 1,000 teenagers live in my home as his parents ran a children's home. After high school, he attended Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology Teaching. He began his career at Marion Harding High School in 2001 as a biology teacher and wrestling coach. After receiving a Masters of Science in Educational Administration through the University of Dayton in 2006, Josh became an assistant principal at Marion Harding in 2008. After six years at the high school level, Josh transitioned to middle-level as an assistant principal at Big Walnut Middle School and now continues to serve his community as the principal since 2016.  Josh was proud that BWMS received the OMLA Component Award for Teaming in 2022.  He and his wife Amanda have three children who all attend Big Walnut Schools. He really enjoys working with the students and staff within his local community and strives to advance middle-level practices in Ohio as an OMLA supporter.
